- Mixing & Forming Station: Our mixing & precision forming system assures homogenous mixing and shapes the wet board between two layers of paper, ensuring perfect thickness and edge definition.
- Setting belt & Conveying: The board moves on setting belts where initial curing takes place before cutting.
- Drying: Energy-efficient multi-zone dryers remove moisture while preserving board integrity.
- Finishing Section: Includes trimming and edge taping in bundler, stacking, and packing — all automated for high-speed, continuous operation.
